- FACILITY

Our facility is strategically located on 20,000m2 of land just 10km from Gladstone, in central QLD.

With easy access to all major industrial processing plants, ports, and marine facilities in the area. The facility includes:

  • 1,500m2 heavy engineering workshop.
  • 3,500m2 of modular assembly area.
  • 2,000m2 site readiness facility.
  • 5,000m2 laydown area.
  • Hydrotesting area.
  • Offices

Serviced by a 60T travelling overhead crane with single lift capacity of 30T, or a maximum of 60T x 2 hook lift, our  facility is setup for various fabrication and maintenance works such as platework, pipework, modular & portal structures, ancillaries such as platforms, handrail and grating as well as minor machining, milling and lineboring.

- EQUIPMENT

In addition to dedicated site equipment, our facility is serviced by equipment that is also used onsite when required. Our equipment list includes:
  • 5T Rough Terrain forklift
  • Multiple Skid mounted and trailerable mobile welding plants
  • Mobile line boring unit
  • Various hydraulic jacks and control systems from 1T to 500T
  • 6T delivery truck
  • Various fully compliant mine site vehicles including, 4x4 Trucks, 4x2 Trucks, 12-seater buses and a large contingent of 4x4 1T utilities.
  • Specialist stands, packing and supporting equipment.
  • Over 25 x bespoke containers with specialised and asset tracked tooling and equipment to service major & minor maintenance projects, down days and full large scale 150+ man shutdowns
  • 1350 tonne Hydraulic Excavator Jacking System and 2800 tonne Electric Rope Shovel Jacking System
