With an extensive career and proven experience across minor and major shutdowns and projects, Brian has developed long-standing client relationships and built a strong reputation for delivering quality workmanship and executing projects safely and efficiently.

As a Co-Founder and Director of Sync Lift Engineering, Marc brings with him extensive experience in planning, coordination and execution of major and minor projects.
A strong work ethic and dedication to ensuring safety in all areas has seen Marc at the head of most operations in supervisory roles and project management capacities for the past 8 years. Marc has a passion for delivering projects safely, in full and on time.

Brad has over 30 years experience in Project Management and maintenance role capacities, overseeing and coordinating many major projects in various countries.
Using big picture thinking, Brad has expert knowledge in providing project management and logistical support in all phases of a project. With a long list of qualifications to back up his vast experience, his skills also range to include excellence in resource and budget management as well as complex drafting, structural design and engineering.
